Being tasked to bring Diesel’s iconic For Successful Living payoff to life for the brand’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection launch, we fixated on the concept of the superhero. If you really had great powers, would you go around rescuing kittens from trees, or would you rather avoid the everyday annoyances of life and just look casually cool? Successful living - setting your own terms and conditions, so to speak - is such a tough ask that those who achieve it look almost detached, alien to the bustling around them. They’re not your friendly neighbourhood costumed heroes, that’s for sure.
