Choosing contact lenses is, more often than not, a choice for life. In order to help Acuvue attract and retain consumers, we rebuilt their CRM strategy around a free trial, with content magazine updates to help people enjoy all the benefits of life with contact lenses. Together with this CRM redesign, which involved three persona-based journeys and over 120 emails, we updated their website to reflect the new approach.
